Qobuz is launching its new subscription service

Written by Qobuz

QOBUZ, the world’s finest online Hi-Fi music service, is proud to announce the launch of our new hybrid Hi-Fi streaming and Hi-Res download subscription: Qobuz Sublime.

QOBUZ SUBLIME brings together Hi-Fi quality music streaming – either at home or on the go using Qobuz applications – with the highest quality 24-bit Hi-Res downloads.

At £219 a year, the subscription includes unlimited streaming in FLAC 16-bit/44.1 kHz True CD-quality, as well as a permanent reduction on our 24-bit Hi-Res catalogue of between 30 and 60%*.

QOBUZ SUBLIME brings together the advantages of the Qobuz Hi-Fi True CD Quality streaming subscription with those of the most comprehensive Hi-Res download service.

In other news, Qobuz is now the first European music service to obtain the “Hi-Res Audio” certification from the prestigious Japan Audio Society. The Hi-Res Audio (HRA) logo is a guarantee of respect for the high standards put in place by the JAS consortium and is an important step in Qobuz’s commitment to high-quality audio.
We are also working on developing Hi-Res (24-bit) streaming, so that you can enjoy even more music as it was intended to be heard.

*The 24-bit catalogue available via this offer is currently equivalent to 52% of the catalogue – that is to say 30,000 albums – but will expand rapidly as negotiations with labels continue.
